"Taiga Group" expands its presence in the market of sanitary and hygienic products

Forestry froup of companies Taiga Group has reached an agreement to acquire shares in Evocom LLC, represented by the leading brands Zemma, Libretta, Tellus and Somfort in the Russian market. After receiving FAS approval for the transaction, the group plans to combine the Evocom business with Syktyvkar Tissue Group, which already belongs to it, to realize synergies in operational processes and supply chains.

According to Tigran Sahakyan, Executive Director of Taiga Group, one of the group's strategic goals is to expand its presence in the growing segments of the pulp and paper business, one of which is the sanitary products market. After the merger, the group will continue to develop its product portfolio and expand its presence in the markets of friendly countries.
