A strict quality control system is in operation at every stage of the production process, from the acceptance of raw materials to the storage of finished products in warehouses. Production capacity and technologies
The company operates a new sawmill line and a 3D scanning device with software that allows to determine the best sawing model, the optimal rotation angle and log alignment position, automatically optimising the log cutting process. Other machines used for processing timber include a debarking machine for removing the bark from logs, a log turner that rotates the log to get it in the right position for cutting, a log edger line with a double-axle blade saw that can cut up to four boards, a chipper canter, a multi-saw machine that can cut four-sided or profile cant into edge boards, and a kiln dryer.
